Dr. Kelly Waugaman has 25 years of hearing industry experience and knowledge that is far more than audiology. Not only is she a brilliant audiologist, but she also has a deep love for the business side of things and a passion for always learning more. She's currently enrolled in Wharton's Executive Education Global C-Suite program. Out of millions of audiologists, only about one percent could have achieved all of the things she has. There's no better proof of her expertise than the fact that she's one of only 50 people in the world that were accepted into this program. Hearing industry leaders recognize her for what she is: a one-percenter.

She specializes in diagnosing and treating Hearing and balance disorders.Her caring approach and dedication to ongoing care make her a rarity in the industry. She has a special perspective when choosing and fitting hearing aids. She knows what people expect from a hearing aid. With her skill and knowledge of the technology, she provides amazing results. She is passionate about audiology and loves giving musicians back their ability to enjoy and continue their craft.

Mama Sunshine as she is know to many has lead and continues to lead an incredible legacy. As a retired ER nurse, fire figther and many other talents she is also a 20 some year hearing aid wearer and a patient of Dr. Kelly's since 2006. When she is not assisting patients at the offfice she is most likely helping someone in need.

I am Dr. Kelly Waugaman, Audiologist. I founded Eldorado Audiology and Hearing Center in 2013. A calling to help people no matter the situation, I felt that my patients deserved more than the limited care that was allowed to be provided working for large corporate companies. I knew that everyone deserved the highest standard of care and the opportunity to be treated as family. In an environment that is not just clinical, but welcoming and fun. I want everyone that walks through my door to feel like they are welcomed and accepted. The freedom to decide in the best interest of the patient and having the independence to prescribe the appropriate hearing solution regardless of financial situation or hearing aid manufacturer is priceless.
I only had those that believed in me and a borrowed $150.00 to open my door. I continue to remain independent from hearing industry funding. Allowing the freedom to diagnose and treat hearing disorders in the best interest of the patient.
In 2022 , Dr. Lisa Pulsipher joined me which was a dream come true . A long time collegue and friend her training and skills are an invaluable addition. The team approach we have as like minded audiologists is something that expands my vision of a hearing health care system built around making a difference.
