Dr. Kelly Waugaman has been in the hearing industry and a Doctor of Audiology for over 25 years.  She has a deep love for her patients.  Many have been with her for over 19 years. Her passion for business has added an education that goes beyond audiology. She's currently enrolled in Wharton's Executive Education Global C-Suite program. However, it does not define who she is, it only gives her the knowledge and skills to continue to give her patients the best that they deserve.  The greatest joy in her life is giving to others. Having the freedom to donate hearing devices and her time to those that otherwise would not have to opportunity to hear. 

Dr. Lisa Pulsipher is a 13 year seasoned audiologist. from owning her own clinic to working with ENTs like Dr. Brown Santa Fe.  She specializes in diagnosing and treating Hearing and balance disorders.Her caring approach and dedication to ongoing care make her a rarity in the industry. She has a special perspective when choosing and fitting hearing aids. She knows what people expect from a hearing aid. With her skill and knowledge of the technology, she provides amazing results. She is passionate about audiology and loves giving musicians back their ability to enjoy and continue their craft. 

Brent Waugaman joined Eldorado Audiology and Hearing Center after a distinguished career in engineering. While not a dispenser or audiologist, he plays a key role in supporting the administrative and operational needs of the practice. Brent’s analytical background, professionalism, and steady demeanor contribute to an efficient and welcoming environment. He is valued for his reliability, respectful communication, and the positive rapport he builds with those who visit our office.
