Founding Principles
Start-Up
Dr. Kelly Waugaman, Audiologist founded Eldorado Audiology and Hearing Center in 2013. She had a belief that patients needed an individualized approach to their hearing care, long before it became a popular marketing tool. She wanted to be able to prescribe the appropriate hearing solution independently. She only had those that believed in her and a borrowed $150.00 to open the door. Dr. Waugaman continues to remain independent from hearing industry funding. Allowing us the freedom to make our own recommendations in the best interest of the patient. In 2022 Dr. Lisa Pulsipher joined Dr. Waugaman which was a dream come true for them Her training and skills created a service that helps more people with vestibular testing and treatments. The office lights up with Dr. Pulsipher's energy and light.
